On October 22, Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan met with participants of a bilateral roundtable in Yerevan involving representatives of civil society from Armenia and Azerbaijan, the Security Council press office reported.
Grigoryan praised the organization of such meetings within the framework of the Armenia-Azerbaijan relations normalization process, noting that they are aimed at fostering positive interaction between people. He also emphasized that engaging different segments of society will further strengthen peace.
Civil society representatives, in turn, expressed their gratitude to the Armenian side for organizing the event and ensuring a positive atmosphere.
Participants highlighted the importance of continuing such initiatives to build mutual trust and cooperation.
