The preliminary investigation into the criminal case against lawyer Aleksandr Kochubayev has been completed, and the case — with an indictment — will be sent to the Criminal Court of First Instance of Yerevan, lawyer Garik Galeyan announced.
It should be noted that Kochubayev was arrested several days ago over a Facebook post.
