There are issues on which Armenia and Azerbaijan have been unable to reach an agreement, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan told reporters Monday.
“They [i.e. Azerbaijan] consider that we should make amendments to [our] constitution. We consider that there are no problems in our constitution. Moreover, if this issue can somehow be interpreted, we could raise even more complaints regarding their constitution. In any case, the problem has been resolved through the peace agreement. There are no other problems,” the Armenian FM added.
