A man and a woman were killed in a mine explosion in the Australian state of New South Wales, the state police reported.
The explosion occurred Tuesday morning in an underground mine in the Far West region, according to the police press service.
One of the injured was in shock and was transported to the hospital.
Emergency services are working at the scene.
