North Korea tested sea-to-land missiles Tuesday, during US President Donald Trump’s visit to Asia, reports the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), the state news agency of North Korea.

According to the report, senior North Korean officials observed the missile launches.

The vertically launched cruise missiles intended for launch from ships flew along a pre-determined trajectory over the West Sea for more than 7,800 seconds before hitting their targets, KCNA added.

Also, North Korea tested a ballistic missile for the first time in five months on October 22, prior to Trump’s visit.
