Armenia has a very positive dialogue with Turkey, and the establishment of diplomatic relations and the opening of the border with Turkey is only a matter of time, since there are currently no significant obstacles in that regard. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated this during a discussion, titled “Leadership at the Crossroads,” within the framework of the 8th Paris Peace Forum.

“As to how quickly this will happen, that is another question and another issue. I believe we are reaching a point where we will have full diplomatic relations, open borders, economic, political cooperation, and will be normal neighbors [with Turkey]. I believe that moment is approaching, is coming — that moment will come soon. But exactly when, I cannot say now,” added the Armenian premier.
