Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan did not wish to answer Armenian News-NEWS.am’s question regarding the statements made Monday by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

When asked, “How do you assess the Azerbaijani president’s statements?”, Pashinyan responded as follows: “I am going to [deliver] a speech now. I am not answering your questions at this moment. I will invite you in the established manner and procedure, and I will answer all your questions. There is a format for that. I am going to give a speech now—please, come, listen to the speech. If you, very well; if you don’t get the answers to your questions, you will have the opportunity to ask your questions later.”

Aliyev had stated yesterday: “There is no Lake Sevan, there is Lake Goycha. The return of Azerbaijanis to their historical lands should not frighten Armenians.”
