The ambassador of Armenia to the United States, Narek Mkrtchyan, on Thursday visited Google’s headquarters in San Francisco, Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the Armenian embassy in the US.

Ambassador met with Hrach Achajian, Head of AI GTM of Google. 

Karen Israelyan, Consul General of Armenia in Los Angeles, Raven Bellamy, a representative of Government Affairs Team of Google, as well as Gohar Galyan, a representative of the company also attended the meeting.

During the talk, possible areas of cooperation, prospects for the development of artificial intelligence and advanced technologies, the possibility of digitalization of Armenian heritage using Google Arts & Culture, as well as those sectors where Google can further contribute to strengthening the technological ecosystem of Armenia were discussed.
