There are no Russia-US negotiations planned on the Ukraine peace settlement plan proposed by Washington this week, Russian presidential spokesperson Dmitry Peskov told a press briefing, Komsomolskaya Pravda daily reports.

“No, not yet,” Peskov replied to the respective question.

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin had warned the Ukrainian leadership about the consequences if Kyiv rejects the US peace plan.

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio, for his part, made several statements at a press conference following the latest round of talks with the Ukrainian side. He confirmed that Russia has a right to a voice in the process of developing the peace settlement plan.
