Russian presidential special representative Kirill Dmitriev has denied the Bloomberg report publicizing the transcript of his phone conversation with the Russian president's aide, Yuri Ushakov.
"Fake," Dmitriev wrote on social media.
According to Bloomberg, the aforementioned controversial conversation took place on October 29.
