Within the framework of the agreement reached during the meetings between the Special Representatives for the Armenia-Türkiye Normalization Process, representatives of the relevant institutions of the two countries convened on 28 November 2025, at the Akyaka–Akhurik border crossing between Armenia and Türkiye and in the city of Gyumri in Armenia. This reports the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia.

They held the second round of technical discussions aimed at the rehabilitation and reactivation of the Kars–Gyumri railway.
