YEREVAN. – In his 2011 report, Armen Ghularyan, Governor of Armenia’s Tavush Region, reflected on the activities carried out in the Region in the year past, Aravot daily writes.

“Presenting the current situation in telecommunications, the Governor also reflected on the Region’s local television companies and noted: ‘We also have three local television companies.’ What does ‘we have’ mean? The local television companies operating in the Region are the property of neither the Governor, nor the Regional Hall. He merely has a forty-percent share in the regional Tavush Television Company, and, in that, it is legally filed in the name of his friend,” Aravot writes.
