The Armenian government website has publicized the documents on the negotiation process for the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the government announced.
The documents include the well-known letter from former President Serzh Sargsyan to Russian President Vladimir Putin, which has been mentioned several times by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
