The seismological network of Armenia on Monday recorded an earthquake, with a magnitude of 2.2, at the Armenia-Azerbaijan border zone, at 2:35pm local time, 13 kilometers northeast of Armenia’s Jermuk city, and at a depth of 10 kilometers.
The tremor measured magnitude 2 to 3 at the epicenter, the Rescue Service of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.
The seismic activity was felt in Jermuk city, as well as in Kechut and Gndevaz villages, Armenia’s Vayots Dzor Province.
