The Zhoghovurd newspaper of the Republic of Armenia (RA) writes as follows, in particular: The Zhoghovurd daily had received information that a few days ago the Azerbaijani and Armenian sides carried out border delimitation work at the Sotk [gold] mine in [Armenia’s] Gegharkunik Province.

The work related to border delimitation is regulated by the RA legislation and the regulation On the joint activities of the Commission on the Delimitation of the State Border between the Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan and the State Commission on the Delimitation of the State Border between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Armenia, ratified by the NA [i.e. the National Assembly of Armenia].
