All major achievements in the Armenia-European Union (EU) partnership, from the economy and greater resilience, matters related to security—including hybrid threats—to assistance from the EU European Peace Facility, were discussed at the meeting. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan stated this while speaking with reporters on the sidelines of the meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council of the EU member states Monday in Brussels.

They discussed all topics that are important for Armenia-EU relations. They discussed as well that the visa liberalization process and progress in this process are very important for Armenia’s citizens, as well as from the perspective of bringing Armenia closer to the EU, the Armenian FM added.

According to Mirzoyan, the broader context, regional developments, the opening of communications between South Caucasus countries, opportunities, and possible EU engagement in infrastructure projects were discussed, too.
