Armenian citizens are among the top five recipients of Russian passports, demographer Yulia Florinskaya told Izvestia.
She noted that, in addition to Armenian nationals, this top five includes people arriving in Russia from Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan as well.
From January to September 2025, a total of 110,800 people were issued Russian passports. This is 30.1 percent less compared to the same period in 2024.
