Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered welcome remarks, and emphasizing the development and expansion of cooperation within the CIS framework. Also, the Russian president expressed hope that next year cooperation would continue to expand across all domains.
Also, the leaders of the CIS member states toured the State Hermitage Museum and familiarized themselves with the exhibited collections. They visited the museum’s hall of the culture and art of Armenia, too.
