Azerbaijani president Ilham Aliyev attended the opening of the “Victory Park” in Stepanakert, the capital of Azerbaijani-occupied Nagorno-Karabakh.
Azerbaijani media, however, did not provide details about such a “significant” event.
Aliyev has timed the event to coincide with his own birthday.
