President Donald Trump has released data on immigrants receiving US government assistance. According to the data, 60.3% of families from Armenia who immigrated to the US receive government assistance.

From the other countries of the former Soviet Union, there are respective data also on immigrants from Azerbaijan (37.8%), Kyrgyzstan (38.6%), Kazakhstan (36.5%), Uzbekistan (53.9%), Ukraine (42.7%), and Moldova (42.6%). Immigrants from Iraq, Cape Verde, Samoa, Guinea, Congo, Afghanistan, Dominican Republic, Marshall Islands, Somalia, Yemen, and Bhutan receive the most US government assistance.
