Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, on Thursday received the ambassador of the United Kingdom (UK), Alexandra Cole, Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the Security Council of Armenia.

The interlocutors discussed the results of the Armenian Security Council chief’s visit to the UK in December last year, and the progress of the implementation of the agreements reached.

The parties reflected, with satisfaction, on the consistent development and deepening of Armenia-UK bilateral multi-sectoral relations, as well as reaffirmed the mutual commitment to elevate bilateral cooperation to the level of strategic partnership.

During the meeting, Armen Grigoryan and Alexandra Cole exchanged views also on regional cooperation opportunities.
