In his address, Iranian Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has called on Iranian youth to maintain unity amid widespread protests across the country, the IRIB news agency reports.
"Dear youth, maintain your preparedness and unity. A united nation will defeat any enemy," Khamenei said.
Also in his address, Iran's Supreme Leader called the protesters "a bunch of vandals" who have begun destroying their own property.
