Gevorg Sujyan, Davit Davtyan, Vicken Euljekjian, and Vagif Khachatryan were handed over to the relevant authorities of Armenia a short while ago by the relevant authorities of Azerbaijan via the Hakari Bridge, and are now in the territory of Armenia. Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan wrote about this on Facebook.

And later, Pashinyan added: "Gevorg Sujyan, Davit Davtyan, Vicken Euljekjian do not have any health problems according to the preliminary examination. Vagif Khachatryan's health condition is initially assessed as satisfactory. They are being transferred to Yerevan."

Sujyan was traveling to Artsakh as the founding president of a charitable NGO. Both were sentenced to 15 years in prison in Azerbaijan.

Lebanese Armenian Vicken Euljekjian, who was sentenced to 20 years in prison in Azerbaijan, was captured on the Goris-Berdadzor road, also on the day after the ceasefire.

And Vagif Khachatryan was captured by Azerbaijanis on July 29, 2023, near the Hakari Bridge, while traveling from blockaded Artsakh to Armenia, accompanied by the Red Cross.
