Samvel Karapetyan has been transferred home from the isolation ward of the National Security Service of Armenia. Supporters greeted the Russian Armenian businessman and philanthropist with applause.
The court had denied the investigator's motion and imposed house arrest and bail as the pretrial detention measure against Karapetyan. His ban on public speaking has also been lifted.
