The Azerbaijani authorities have begun resettling Stepanakert, the capital of Azerbaijani-occupied Nagorno-Karabakh.

Thirty-six families—162 people—moved to Stepanakert Wednesday, and they were handed the keys to new apartments, according to Azerbaijani media.

These settlers are being settled in buildings built on the site of demolished Armenian houses.

There is no information about what connection these settlers have with Nagorno-Karabakh in principle.

It is not ruled that these “new residents” are terrorists brought from the Middle East.

According to Azerbaijani media, 26,513 people have been settled in Nagorno-Karabakh since 2021.
