On January 22, 1963, the Elysee Treaty was signed between Germany and France. This document became a historic turning point on the path to reconciliation and peace in Europe, and its influence continues to bear fruit today, the French embassy in Azerbaijan stated on X.
"The first steps towards peace have also been taken between Azerbaijan and Armenia. Every step is valuable and inspires hope for the future," the French embassy in Azerbaijan added in another statement on X.
