A Boeing 767-300 plane from the US landed in Armenia’s capital Yerevan recently, and the deportees from the US were transported on it, Sputnik Armenia reports.

The Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs confirmed the arrival of the persons, but did not specify their number, and noted that that their legal status is currently being determined.

According to preliminary data, the aforesaid plane had departed from the US, made a stopover in Bucharest, then it arrived in Yerevan.

Subsequently, the same aircraft transported more than 40 deportees to Uzbekistan.
