At 11:10am Tuesday, the crisis management center of Armenia’s Aragatsotn provincial rescue department received a report that a traffic accident had occurred on the Talin-Bazmaberd motorway, there were injured, and rescuers were needed.

A fire and rescue squad was dispatched to the scene.

It was found out that traffic accidents had occurred on the 51st-55th km section of the Yerevan-Gyumri motorway, as 15 vehicles had collided.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, two persons were taken to a medical center, where their health condition was assessed as satisfactory.

Rescuers used special equipment to remove two persons from the cars, carried them to a waiting ambulance, and cleaned the road.
