Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia Vahan Kostanyan received a bipartisan delegation from the United States House Committee on Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

The deputy foreign minister of Armenia made a comprehensive reference to the important matters on the agenda of Armenia-US bilateral relations and presented the latest developments in this context. Kostanyan highlighted the continued progress recorded in Armenia-US strategic relations in recent months, the progress of implementing the arrangements of the August 8, 2025 Washington peace summit, and, in particular, emphasized the recent adoption by the Armenian and US governments of the framework for implementing the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) project.

Also, both parties stressed the important role of the US House of Representatives in the context of strengthening the Armenia-US strategic partnership, and exchanged views on possible measures for this US legislative body to contribute to regional peace and the unblocking of regional communications.
