The expanded meeting between Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has concluded in Abu Dhabi, capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Subsequently, the leaders of the two countries continued their talk in a tête-à-tête format.

From the Armenian side, the expanded meeting was attended also by Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan, secretary of the Security Council Armen Grigoryan, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan, and deputy speaker of the National Assembly Ruben Rubinyan.

And from the Azerbaijani side, it was attended by Deputy Prime Minister Shahin Musafayev, Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov, presidential aide for foreign policy Hikmat Hajiyev, and special presidential representative for special assignments Elchin Amirbayov.

As reported earlier, Nikol Pashinyan, along with his wife Anna Hakobyan, has traveled to the UAE on a working visit. The Armenian premier on Wednesday will attend the 2026 Zayed Award for Human Fraternity prize ceremony in Abu Dhabi.
