The Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) project will connect Central Asia and the South Caucasus with the West. US Special Envoy for South and Central Asia, Ambassador Sergio Gor, stated this during the B5+1 Forum in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan.

According to Gor, this is a historic step towards creating strongly interconnected economies and maintaining sustainable peace in the region.

Since the historic peace summit that brought together Armenia and Azerbaijan, all parties have continued to push forward the “Trump Route,” which would provide a direct transportation link from Central Asia to the West through the South Caucasus. He noted that this new transportation corridor will connect Central Asia to Western markets through the South Caucasus, and this will contribute to economic integration and stability in the region.
