The World Bank has published its ranking of countries with the highest import-to-GDP ratio, based on data from 2024. Armenia is 25th in this ranking. Its import-to-GDP ratio, as of 2024, was 76%.
The most import-dependent territories were Hong Kong (a special administrative region of China), with a ratio of 177.7%; Luxembourg, with a ratio of 159.7%; and San Marino, with a ratio of 155%.
