Under the State Department's Partnership for Global Infrastructure and Investment Fund, a team from the US engineering consulting firm AECOM visited Armenia to initiate work on a survey of the Trump Route for International Peace and Prosperity (TRIPP) site, Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the US embassy in Armenia.

“This project will provide technical assessments and recommendations for rail and other infrastructure development to support Armenia's long-term economic growth, connectivity, and regional integration,” the embassy added.
