The deputy chairperson of the Parliament of Georgia stressed the importance of the improvement of relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Gia Volsk noted that Tbilisi is pleased with this development, reports Vestnik Kavkaza.

According to him, Georgia is pleased with the improvement of relations between Yerevan and Baku.

Volski noted, however, that “with the emergence of the Zangezur corridor, Georgia will not disappear from the geographical map.”

“Georgia’s importance in terms of connections between Asia and Europe is irreplaceable. If anyone thinks that the Zangezur corridor will replace other corridors, then he is either ignorant or deliberately lying,” the deputy chairperson of the Parliament of Georgia stated.
