The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) is closely monitoring Armenia's steps in terms of their compliance with the commitments undertaken within the organization, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said in an interview with TASS.

According to Galuzin, in the context of cooperation within the CSTO, the main thing for Moscow, as Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly emphasized, is that Armenia remains a full member of the union.

"We do not exclude Armenia from allied cooperation, for which we retain the opportunity to join all decisions being developed within the organization.

At the same time, of course, we continue to closely monitor the steps of our partners with Western countries, including in terms of their compliance with the commitments undertaken within the CSTO," the Russian deputy FM noted.
