Within the framework of Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan’s state visit to Greece, a memorandum of understanding was signed on cooperation in digitalization, high technology, and scientific research, Armenian News-NEWS.am was informed by the Ministry of High-Tech Industry of Armenia.

The document envisages the implementation of joint research projects, promotion of public-private partnerships, as well as the development of joint initiatives towards digital transformation.

Also, the memorandum creates an opportunity to strengthen cooperation in 5th generation (5G) wireless technology, artificial intelligence (AI), cloud technology, digital governance, biotechnology, supercomputer solutions, and a number of other domains, contributing to the development of technological ecosystems and the expansion of innovative potential of Armenia and Greece.
