The United States Department of Defense has named the operation against Iran “Epic Fury.”
Earlier, Israel also moved quickly to assign a name to the joint strikes with the United States on Iranian territory — “Lion's Roar”
Israeli media reported that the name was proposed by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, although the Israeli military had a different internal designation for the operation.
