Iran’s airspace may remain closed until Sunday morning, March 1, TASS reports, citing a source in air traffic control circles.
“Iran’s airspace may remain closed approximately until 08:30 UTC on Sunday, March 1,” the agency’s source said.
Earlier, Majid Akhavan, a representative of the Civil Aviation Organization of the Islamic Republic, stated that flights over the country had been suspended for six hours.
