Yet again when negotiations get close to success Israel has intervened, a senior Middle East diplomat with direct knowledge of the recent talks told NBC News.
He added that in the current situation, Israel is influencing U.S. policy through its actions.
According to the diplomat, Israel "intervened to preempt diplomacy" when talks between the United States and Iran appeared "close to success."
