Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting via videoconference with the permanent members of the country’s Security Council to discuss the situation surrounding Iran, RIA Novosti reports.
“The situation developing around Iran was discussed,” Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said.
