Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Mohammad Pakpour and Secretary of Iran's Defense Council Ali Shamkhani have been killed, IRNA news agency reported on March 1.
"Rear Admiral Ali Shamkhani, Secretary of the Defense Council, and Major General Mohammad Pakpour, Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, have been killed," the Telegram channel statement reads.
