Iran has launched a new wave of missiles, IRIB reports.
"A warning has been issued regarding the missile attack on Tel Aviv and occupied Jerusalem," the report said.
It added that Iran used a missile with a cluster warhead.
Explosions occurred in Tel Aviv, Israel, and in Erbil, Iraq.
