The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have warned Iranian government representatives in Lebanon that they will become targets if they do not leave the country within 24 hours, Times of Israel reports.
"The Israel Defense Forces calls on representatives of the Iranian terrorist regime who are still in Lebanon to immediately leave the country before they become targets," said IDF spokesman Colonel Jay Avichay Adraei.
"The IDF warns that it will not tolerate any presence of representatives of the Iranian terrorist regime in Lebanon and will give regime representatives currently in Lebanon 24 hours to leave the country. After that, there will be no safe place in Lebanon for representatives of the Iranian regime, and the IDF will pursue them wherever they are found," the IDF spokesman's statement reads.
