Azerbaijan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeyhun Bayramov has departed for a working visit to the Turkish city of Istanbul, Azerbaijani media report.
As part of the visit, Bayramov is scheduled to participate in and deliver a speech at the informal meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS).
A number of high-level bilateral meetings involving Jeyhun Bayramov are also planned.
