Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth said today will be "the most intense day of strikes," while Iran has fired the fewest weapons in the past 24 hours.

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Dan Caine noted that joint forces continue to focus on three main objectives: destroying Iran's missile and drone capabilities before they can threaten American interests; striking and degrading Iran's naval forces; and depriving the regime of the ability to attack the US and its partners "for many years to come."

"The number of ballistic missile attacks continues to decline — down 90% compared to when the operation began." He also reported that the US is striking Iranian missiles intended for laying naval mines. The general emphasized that "this is hard and grueling work" and expressed pride in the performance of joint forces throughout the campaign.
