Judge Vazgen Rshtuni has ruled the search of Izmirlyan Medical Center director Armen Charchan's office unlawful, defense attorney Erik Aleksanyan announced.
"The Court of Appeal upheld the lawyers' complaint and overturned the lower court's decision. In essence, the search was also unlawful and was formal in nature for the higher court," he wrote.
