An Il-76 aircraft of Russia's Emergency Ministry has delivered more than 13 tonnes of medicines, the Telegram channel "Diary of an Iranian Journalist" reports.
The cargo was delivered to Azerbaijan, where it was handed over to Iranian government representatives for onward shipment to Iran.
According to the report, the humanitarian operation was carried out on the orders of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
