Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent a congratulatory message to Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on the occasion of the successful constitutional referendum. The message reads:

"Please accept my sincere congratulations on the successful holding of the constitutional referendum, which marks a foundational step toward building the 'Just Kazakhstan' you have proclaimed.

The results of the popular vote have once again demonstrated the sense of responsibility shown by the citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan in safeguarding the country's independence and sovereignty, and in building a prosperous and modern society under the rule of law.

I am deeply convinced that Kazakhstan's constitutional reforms will give new impetus to the inter-state strategic partnership between Yerevan and Astana, contributing to the strengthening of friendship between our peoples.

I sincerely wish you continued success in your state activities, good health, and prosperity."
