UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres has called on the US and Israel to end their war on Iran while urging Tehran to stop its attacks on neighboring nations, AFP reports.
“It is high time to end this war that is risking to get completely out of control,” Guterres told reporters in Brussels after a meeting with EU leaders.
He also called for the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz to shipping.
