Who said that Azerbaijan is refusing to discuss the issue of delimitation and demarcation of the state border near Jermuk? This issue will be discussed within the framework of the relevant joint commission. This was stated on March 23 by Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan at a session of the standing parliamentary Committee on Foreign Relations, during the presentation of the report on the progress and results of the implementation of the Government of the Republic of Armenia's program (2021–2026) for 2025, in response to a question from opposition bloc "Armenia" deputy Gegham Manukyan.

"Both countries have agreed that all issues that in one way or another concern the state border will be subject to detailed discussion and examination. Issues concerning processes and maps will be considered by the parties within the framework of the commission I mentioned," Mirzoyan said, attempting to comment on the prolonged absence of news on this topic.
